Tips For You To Know What Your Body Type Is Before Lifting Weight

People have been asking me some questions on how they can know their body
type and it is very important you know to your body type before that
weight, so am sharing with you tips on how you can know what your body
type is. The Body Consist Of Three types and they are:- Ectomorph,
Endomorph and Mesomorph.

The picture the Ectomorph is the first one above. 
  1. They Have Light Body,
  2. Lean Muscle and Small Joint 
  3. and their Limbs are so Long 
  4. and the shoulders are short,
  5. they find it hard to gain Fat,
  6. The Chest Is Flat Weight,
  7. they have fast Metabolism. 

Endomorph is the second picture above, 
  1. They gain Fat easily, 
  2. They have slow Metabolism, 
  3. It's Hard for them to lose Fat,  
  4. and the body is so soft and round.


Mesomorph is the third picture above,
  1.  It is the best body type, 
  2. Theydon't find it hard to lose or gain weight,
  3. They gain more fat than thatof Ectomorph,
  4. They gain Muscle easily,The body is Rectangular In Shape,

  1. Thank God. I'm a Mesomorph! Tall and athletic. What about those who are short and skinny or very short and athletic?
